Aqseptence Group is a leading global supplier of specialised products, equipment and system solutions for filtration & separation and water technology for a wide range of different applications and markets.

 

We are taking applications for an Sales support coordinator to support the sales and WIP for our Filtration and After Market business in Australasia, based from our Geebung QLD location. 

About the role

The primary objective of the role is respond to customer and stakeholder needs and efficiently process sales orders.  This is a pivotal role in supporting a group of internal Sales Engineers, and external Business Development Managers.

The Sales Support Coordinator position is responsible for:

  • Ensuring effective and cooperative working relationships are maintained in the Water Process Sales team and across the Company with internal and external customers
  • Clarifying job specifications and requirements directly with customers or through the Sales Manager to enable accurate quoting
  • Liaising with Engineering for significant inconsistencies with job specifications, and forwarding them to the customer in a timely manner
  • Utilising specified tools to track job progress, monitoring all jobs against planned schedules and delivery dates
  • Identifying and developing opportunities to provide exceptional customer services, as well as looking for opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  • Quickly and effectively become a productive member of the broader sales team, enhancing workgroup cohesiveness and effectiveness.

 

Success in this position requires a deep understanding of our products, services and our customer’s needs.  It also requires the identification of opportunities for the introduction of additional products and services based on an accurate assessment of customer needs, while developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales, and Sales Support
  • High Level skills in Administration, and Coordination of Processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, ERPs, CRMs.
  • Prior use of SAP would be a distinct advantage
